The INOLENS® system

What is INOLENS® and who is it for?

INOLENS® connects AI visualization of properties with creation rules, automated checks and an available original. It helps brokers prepare a presentation and helps buyers discover the potential of a space, while keeping it clear what is a photograph and what is a proposal.

How INOLENS® works
How do INOLENS® App, INOLENS® Standard, INOLENS® Radar, INOLENS® Verified and INOLENS® Lab relate to each other?

INOLENS® App is the workspace for photos and orders. INOLENS® Standard sets the rules for creation and presentation. INOLENS® Radar automatically assesses unwanted changes and prepares a corrective retry. INOLENS® Verified adds review, refinement and approval by a graphic designer. INOLENS® Lab is for experimenting, inspiration and skill development. INOLENS® Playground lets a client try their own edits in a project shared by the broker.

INOLENS® for brokers
What is INOLENS® not?

INOLENS® is a tool for visual presentation, not an expert appraisal, an architectural design or a certification of a property. It does not confirm the legal or technical condition, exact dimensions or structural feasibility of a proposal. For a decision to buy or renovate, you need a viewing, documents and, where needed, professional assessment.

Buyer's guide
Why is the visualization in my interest when the broker pays for it?

The broker invests in a presentation that helps you understand the possibilities of the space. By choosing INOLENS®, they accept the limits on AI edits and hand part of the checking to the system. The aim is to reveal useful potential, not to cover up reality with a flashy image. You can support this intent with your own comparison of the proposal with the original.

Rules and checks

What is the difference between INOLENS® Standard and INOLENS® Verified?

INOLENS® Standard means creation under shared rules and automated checks. It is not human approval. INOLENS® Verified marks a specific visualization that a graphic designer has additionally reviewed, refined and approved. On a photograph they are alternative labels; INOLENS® Verified builds on the INOLENS® Standard rules.

How INOLENS® Verified works
Do INOLENS® Standard or INOLENS® Verified guarantee a flawless image?

No. Generative AI and the check can both miss a deviation. INOLENS® Standard sets the limits and the automated checking process; INOLENS® Verified adds a human assessment of the specific result. Neither label guarantees exact geometry or the accuracy of every detail. The original and the visible check status matter even on a labeled photograph.

INOLENS® Standard rules
What does INOLENS® Radar check and what happens when it finds something?

INOLENS® Radar compares the proposal with the input and, within the selected intervention level, looks for unwanted changes to protected elements, such as openings, walls, the view or visible flaws. When it finds something, it repeats the render with a corrective instruction, up to three attempts per photo. If a finding remains, it delivers the most suitable attempt with a warning. An unavailable check has its own visible status, not a successful approval. INOLENS® Radar is an automated AI assessment, not a geometry measurement.

INOLENS® Radar
Is the depicted renovation definitely feasible?

A visualization is a concept of a possible solution. It does not verify structural integrity, utilities, permits, budget or legal restrictions. The scope of visual edits is set by the selected intervention level; feasibility must be verified by a qualified professional using the actual documents.

Permitted and prohibited interventions
Do the rules also apply to exports without a label?

Yes. The INOLENS® Standard creation rules apply regardless of the export label. INOLENS® App offers the INOLENS® Standard or INOLENS® Verified mark, a general AI label, a clean export and an optional preview of the original. When exporting without a label, you expressly confirm that you will add a suitable explanation of the AI origin before publishing.

What is the Original ID and how do I use it?

The ID identifies one specific visualization, not the whole property. The code has six letters, for example KTR-MNV; this example only shows the format. You can find the code on the photo label or get it from the broker. After entering it, you open the available original, the AI proposal, the declared scope of the edit and the status of both the automated and the human check. Check that the image in the record matches the listing.

Enter the code from the photo
Does the original show the property's current condition?

The original captures the condition at the time of photographing. It may not be current and does not show everything you need to know. Ask the broker for the date and any later changes, request current photos and a floor plan, and arrange a viewing. Visualized furniture or renovation may not be part of the sale.

What to compare and what to ask
What if I notice a change or the record does not match the listing?

Compare the proposal with the original, read the warnings in the record and ask the broker for an explanation. On the page of the specific record you can also report the mismatch. A label alone is not proof that the published image is identical to the stored result.

Compare the key elements
Is an image from INOLENS® Playground proof of the property's condition?

No. It is a concept based on one person's idea. An INOLENS® Playground output is not an INOLENS® Standard or INOLENS® Verified visualization, has no Verification ID and is not intended for publication in a listing. The actual condition is shown by the original photograph with the ID from the listing.

INOLENS® Playground
What if the ID is missing or the record cannot be opened?

Ask the broker for the code, the original or an explanation of the edit. Public records have limited availability; the retention period is 90 days. A missing or expired record does not by itself prove misleading, but it means you do not have this comparison available.

Verification for buyers

Working in the app

Which photos can I upload?

Use photos of the property that you are authorized to use. Before rendering, you can adjust the crop, rotation and horizon. The check looks for recognizable faces and stops the render if it finds any. It flags blur, poor light or an unsuitable shot with a warning; continuing requires your confirmation. Automatic detection does not replace your own check of permissions and privacy.

Preparing photos
What do I pay for and what does a free render mean?

The price of an image is made up of the INOLENS® Standard processing (data space, input suitability check and INOLENS® Radar), the price of the selected AI model and an optional INOLENS® Verified surcharge for the designer's work. The INOLENS® base model runs on our own hardware and its generation is free at HD 720p quality, while processing remains paid; the other models use Full HD. INOLENS® Playground is charged separately: an open project per week, a closed project at a fixed price per project. Current amounts and availability are in the pricing and in the app.

Current pricing
How is the price of an order calculated? Example

The price is calculated for each image as the sum of the INOLENS® Standard processing, the price of the selected model and any INOLENS® Verified surcharge. Example for 10 photos and the Nano Banana 2 model at €0.10 per image with processing at €0.05 per image: processing 10 × €0.05 = €0.50, model 10 × €0.10 = €1.00, total €1.50. If you add INOLENS® Verified at €2.00 per image to the whole order, that adds 10 × €2.00 = €20.00 for a total of €21.50. With the INOLENS® base model at HD 720p quality, you pay only for processing, 10 × €0.05 = €0.50. The amounts in the example are illustrative; current amounts are in the pricing. You see the exact price breakdown when creating the order, before you submit it.

Current pricing
Does a more expensive model automatically mean INOLENS® Verified?

No. The choice of model affects the rendering, the price and the available capacity. INOLENS® Verified is a separate review and approval by a graphic designer. The INOLENS® Standard rules and automated checks remain the shared foundation for every model.

INOLENS® Verified human review
How does INOLENS® Lab differ from an order in INOLENS® App?

INOLENS® Lab is a space for experimenting, inspiration and learning. Public demo results are for viewing, not for export into an order. INOLENS® Style Extractor prepares a text description of a style from a photo; it does not carry over its geometry and does not mean automatic model training. In INOLENS® Lab, brokers can save their own styles and prompts and explicitly choose them for later use.

INOLENS® Lab tools
What is INOLENS® Playground and how does it differ from an order and INOLENS® Lab?

INOLENS® Playground is an add-on to a completed order. The broker shares selected photos as a project with an ID, and after a short crash course the client tries their own edits in it. Outputs are for viewing only, carry a watermark and are produced at a preview resolution of about 480p. Unlike INOLENS® Lab, it works with real photos from your order. Unlike an order, it is not covered by the INOLENS® Standard or INOLENS® Verified rules and its outputs have no Verification ID. It has two modes, a one-time project and an open project; prices are in the pricing and are paid by the broker, not the client.

INOLENS® Playground
How does a client get into an INOLENS® Playground project and who sees what?

A one-time project is opened with a unique link, which the broker receives after activation and sends to the client; no PIN or password is needed because the link is long and unguessable. The ID alone does not open the project. The client can share the link with family and friends, and everyone with the link sees all visualizations in the project, can vote for the best version and write notes. In an open project, which is paid by the week and whose ID can be placed directly in a listing, each visitor creates their own PIN and gets a personal space without other people's visualizations. The broker sees previews of the visualizations and the number of users; no email or name is collected.

INOLENS® Playground
What does the INOLENS® Prompt Academy certificate confirm?

The certificate confirms successful completion of the INOLENS® Prompt Academy final test. A signed-in participant who passes receives a PDF with an identifier and public verification. It is not a professional license, an accreditation or an approval of their visualizations as INOLENS® Verified.
