The proposal shows the possibilities of a space and helps you decide.

    A clear scope of review

INOLENS® Standard: automatic checks. INOLENS® Verified: approval by a designer.

The purpose of visualization

How visualization helps you decide.

When you see the label INOLENS® Standard or INOLENS® Verified in a listing, the broker is investing in a presentation that helps you understand the property. The broker pays us for a service that serves you.

The goal is not a flashy image, but to reveal the real potential of the property.

  1. 01 · Broker

Invests in a presentation that helps you understand the space.

  2. 02 · Rules

Knowingly accepts limits on edits and hands part of the checking to INOLENS® App.

  3. 03 · You

You compare the proposal with the original and judge for yourself what makes sense to you.

The label

What stands behind the label.

The label is more than a badge. Behind every result is a process you can verify.

  1. 01 · Original

The photo of the property from which the proposal was created.

  2. 02 · Rules

They define what may be changed and what must be preserved.

  3. 03 · Check

INOLENS® Radar compares the result with the original. If it finds a problem, it repeats the render, up to three times.

  4. 04 · Label

The result carries the level of intervention and an Original ID.

From the image to its origin

A unique ID. A specific photo.

Every visualization has its own code, for example KTR-MNV. On a labeled photo you will find it next to a mark such as Original ID; the broker can also send you the code or a direct link.

The ID is not a number for the whole property or a certificate of its condition. It links a specific proposal to the photo it was created from. The label alone is not enough: open the record and compare whether it is an image from your listing.

Verify visualization ID:
  1. 01

    Enter the code

An available record opens the original and the AI proposal side by side.

  2. 02

    Compare

Drag the divider to tell the original shot from the visualization.

  3. 03

    Read the review status

The record shows the scope of the edit, the status of the automatic check and of human approval.

The sample code KTR-MNV illustrates the format, not a specific listing. If you do not have a code or the record is not available, ask the broker for the original photo and an explanation of the edit.

Comparison

Compare more than the style of the furniture.

  • Windows, doors and the lines of the space

Do they match the original photo? Confirm dimensions with a floor plan or by measuring.

  • View and surroundings

What is outside the windows and what belongs to the property?

  • Visible condition

Which defects, wear or unfinished work does the original capture?

  • Proposed changes

Is the furniture included in the sale, or just an idea of how it could be furnished? Is the renovation only a proposal?

If an image in the listing does not match the record, or you notice an unwanted change, ask the broker. On the record page you can also report the mismatch.

The original and the viewing

The original is a start. The viewing still matters.

The original photo shows the property at the time it was taken, not necessarily its condition today. Ask the broker when it was taken and what has changed since.

  1. Original

The condition captured at the time of the photo.

  2. Viewing

The property's condition today, seen with your own eyes.

  3. Documents

Floor plan, technical assessment, title deed and other documents.

The comparison helps you separate the captured condition from the proposal. When buying, complement it with a viewing and documents.
