The INOLENS® system

INOLENS® App

A working application for preparing photos, creating AI proposals and managing orders. It brings originals, visualizations, model selection and collaboration with a graphic designer together in one place.

INOLENS® App for brokers
INOLENS® Lab

A space for experiments, inspiration and learning about AI visualization of properties. Public tools work with demo proposals; signed-in brokers can save their own instructions and styles.

INOLENS® Lab tools
INOLENS® Standard

Shared rules for creating and presenting AI visualizations. They set the scope of edits, the preparation of prompts, automated checks and the link between a proposal and the original. The label makes this process recognizable.

INOLENS® Standard rules
INOLENS® Verified

A human review layer on top of the INOLENS® Standard rules. It marks a specific visualization that a graphic designer has reviewed, refined and approved. The approval applies to the proposal, not to the technical or legal condition of the property.

INOLENS® Verified review
INOLENS® Radar

An automated AI assessment of a result against the input photograph and the permitted scope of edits. It looks for unwanted changes to protected elements and, when it finds one, prepares a corrective retry, up to three attempts. Remaining findings and an unavailable check have a visible status.

How INOLENS® Radar checks a result
INOLENS® Style Extractor

An INOLENS® Lab tool that prepares a text description of a style from a reference photograph: palette, materials, light, atmosphere and an addition to the prompt. It carries visual inspiration in words, not the geometry of the reference property.

Try INOLENS® Style Extractor
INOLENS® Prompt Bench

A comparison tool in INOLENS® Lab. It processes the same demo photo and prompt directly with a model and via the analysis and INOLENS® Standard rules. Both branches use the same model, resolution and seed; the results are for comparison and learning.

Open INOLENS® Prompt Bench
INOLENS® Prompt Academy

A free course on the rules of AI visualization, writing prompts, checking deviations and labeling. It has five modules; a signed-in participant who passes the test receives a PDF completion certificate with public verification.

INOLENS® Prompt Doctor

A tool that assesses a text prompt against the public INOLENS® Standard rules, explains risky wording and suggests a safer brief for an AI edit.

Check a prompt
INOLENS® Spot the Change

An INOLENS® Lab visual quiz for training attention. You compare the original with an AI edit and mark the changes, for example shifted windows, a different view or covered flaws.

Try the quiz
INOLENS® Playground

An add-on to a completed order in which the broker shares selected photos as a project with an ID and the client tries their own edits. Outputs are for viewing only, are produced at a preview resolution and are not an INOLENS® Standard or INOLENS® Verified visualization.

INOLENS® Playground
Ingredient brand

A brand that does not stand on its own in the market but adds value to the product of another party that uses it. In INOLENS®, it is a label that signals, for an AI visualization, adherence to quality and fairness rules.

Our vision
Shared project

A selection of photos from a completed order that the broker opens to a client in INOLENS® Playground. It is identified by an eight-letter ID, for example KTRM-NVBX, and has a name, a validity period and an edit limit. It is either one-time (opened with a personal link from the broker, valid for about a month) or open (access via the ID, paid by the week).

Open the project
Personal space

A private part of an open shared project that a visitor creates with their own PIN. Other visitors cannot see it; only those who know the link and the PIN, and the broker, can.

How a personal space works
Original ID / Verification ID

A unique identifier of a specific visualization. It links the proposal to the available original photograph, the scope of the edit and the check status. On the image it is shown as Original ID; you enter the code on the buyers page.

AI and visualization

3D visualization

An image created from a three-dimensional digital scene that contains models, materials, lighting and a camera. It is used for interior and building designs; it differs from an AI edit of a single photograph in how the input is prepared.

AI visualization

An image created or edited using artificial intelligence. For a property, it shows a proposed furnishing, renovation or possible use of the space. The proposal is distinguished from a photograph of the captured condition.

Compare the original and the proposal
AI slop

An informal and mostly pejorative term for low-quality, generic or carelessly produced content created using AI. In real estate visualization, it can describe an image that looks implausible, changes essential elements or blurs the line between a proposal and the actual condition; it is not a technical category nor a label for all AI content.

AI slop and real estate visualizations
Generative AI

Artificial intelligence that creates new content, such as text or images, from a request. It assembles the result from patterns learned in training; it can also create a detail that does not match the input.

Prompt

An instruction for an AI model, most often text. It describes the goal, the requested changes and the conditions the model must follow. In INOLENS®, the client's idea is combined with the context of the photograph and the rules.

Brief

A short project description: who the result is for, what it should show, what style is desired and what stays unchanged. A brief expresses a person's intent; a technical prompt translates it into an instruction for the model.

Render

The process of creating the final image, or the finished image itself. In 3D graphics, it results from calculating a model, materials and light; in the context of INOLENS®, the term is also used for generating an AI proposal from a photograph.

Seed

A numeric value that influences the randomness of generation. With the same model, settings and inputs, it helps compare or repeat variants. Changing the seed can produce a different variation of the proposal.

Photorealism

An image appearance similar to a photograph: convincing light, materials and detail. A photorealistic look describes a visual impression, not proof that the depicted condition actually exists.

Reference photograph

An image used as a model for style, materials, colors or atmosphere. In INOLENS® Style Extractor it is used to create a text description; it differs from the input photograph of the property that is being visualized.

Moodboard

A selection of images, colors, materials and details that captures the intended atmosphere of a project. It helps align the vision before a specific space is designed.

Resolution

The number of pixels an image is made of, usually given as width and height in pixels. Higher resolution allows more detail; it does not by itself determine the accuracy of a proposal.

Architecture and space

3D model

A digital three-dimensional representation of an object or space. It can be used for design, coordination and visualization; its accuracy depends on the source documents and how it was created.

BIM

Building Information Modeling: a way of working that links a digital model with data about its elements and helps coordinate design, construction and management. BIM includes information and workflows, not just the resulting image.

Layout

The arrangement of rooms, their connections and functional relationships. It describes, for example, the separation of day and night areas, access to rooms or the placement of the kitchen.

Floor plan

A drawing of a space in horizontal section, showing rooms, walls, openings and, depending on the level of detail, dimensions or fittings. A dimensioned floor plan provides a different kind of information than a perspective photograph.

Section

A drawing of a building in vertical section. It shows height relationships, floors, structures and spatial connections that cannot be seen in a floor plan.

Elevation

In an architectural drawing, a view of a facade or wall from the front, without perspective foreshortening. It captures the articulation, openings and height relationships of the visible elements.

Perspective

A way of depicting space in which more distant objects look smaller and lines can converge. Camera position and lens strongly affect the impression of a room's size.

Scale

The ratio of a dimension on a drawing to the real dimension. For example, at a scale of 1 : 100, one centimeter on the drawing corresponds to one meter in reality.

Ergonomics

Adapting a space and its fittings to people: comfortable use, reach, movement and appropriate dimensions. In furnishing, it also includes room to open doors or walk around furniture.

Material and color palette

The set of materials, surfaces and colors used in a design. It helps create a cohesive look and describe a style, for example light wood, matte metal and muted colors.

Fixed elements

Parts of a building and built-in fittings, such as walls, windows, doors or a fixed kitchen unit. They differ from movable furniture; the permitted scope of their visualized changes is set by the intervention level.

Permitted and prohibited interventions
Architectural study

An initial design of the layout, appearance and basic solution of a building. It serves for discussing a variant and the intent; detailed design documentation develops the technical solution.

Property presentation

Retouching

Editing a photograph to remove image flaws or change its look. In real estate presentation, a distinction must be made between correcting the image, for example dust on the sensor, and changing real properties of the property, for example covering a crack.

Home staging

Preparing a real property for sale or rental by adjusting furnishings, arrangement, light and decor. The aim is to show its function and possibilities as clearly as possible.

Virtual staging

A digital furnishing design on a photograph of a property, for example adding furniture to an empty room. The space is not physically furnished; in a listing, the result is presented as a visualization. It is not a renovation and must not hide the actual condition; the original remains available for comparison.

Renovation concept

A visual idea of a possible renewal of a space, surfaces or furnishings. It helps discuss a future solution; feasibility and technical conditions are verified separately.

Visualization and feasibility
Real estate photograph

A photograph prepared for presenting a property. It clearly captures the space, its details and context; a suitable shot and light help the prospect find their way around.

Original

The source photograph from which the visualization was created. It makes it possible to compare the captured condition with the proposal. How current it is depends on when it was taken and on later changes to the property.

Compare the original and the proposal
AI label

A visible notice that an image was created or edited using AI. It helps distinguish a proposal from a photograph; it can be part of the image and of its accompanying text.

Watermark

A graphic or text mark embedded in an image. It can state the author, the brand, the AI origin, the scope of the edit or a code for finding the record.

Virtual tour

Interactive remote viewing of a space, often using linked 360° photographs or a 3D model. The visitor can change the viewing direction or move between locations.
