The INOLENS® Standard label
It makes the rules that were followed instantly recognizable in a listing. When a designer reviews the image, the label changes to INOLENS® Verified.
Rules for fair presentation
A shared standard for responsible AI visualization.
INOLENS® Standard sets the limits of AI edits, checks input photos, and reviews drafts. The original stays available for comparison.
The rules set the limits of edits. INOLENS® Radar looks for interventions in protected parts.
The label links the draft to the rules and to the original for comparison.
The original shows the extent of the visualized edits.
What INOLENS® Standard is
INOLENS® Standard is a framework for trustworthy AI property visualization. It keeps the technology simple and accessible, gives the broker a foundation of quality and the buyer an open and truthful picture. AI can also make mistakes, so it is surrounded by a system of rules and checks that catches errors before the buyer sees the result.
If a deviation is found, the draft is created again, up to three times. The time includes repeated attempts.
The app verifies that the photo shows a property without recognizable faces and warns about blurry or dark shots.
The whole job gets a consistent style and each photo gets its own intervention level.
The AI creates a draft according to the plan. Windows, doors, the roof, and the shape of the building stay as they are.
It compares the draft with the original and looks for changes that do not belong there.
The result carries the label, the intervention level, and a code for comparison with the original.
INOLENS® Radar is an automated AI assessment. If a deviation remains after the third attempt, the finding is visible in the Original ID record. Human review and approval are added to these steps by INOLENS® Verified. How INOLENS® Radar works
Rules and their verification
INOLENS® Standard writes the property protection rules directly into the prompt for the AI. But the prompt is only half of the work. INOLENS® Radar does the other half: on the finished image, it verifies that the rules were actually followed.
The shape, pitch, and height of the roof, the floors, extensions, and walls stay as they are.
INOLENS® Radar verifiesIt compares the roof and the outline of the building with the original, one third at a time.
The position, width, and number of openings do not change. Nothing is added or bricked up.
INOLENS® Radar verifiesIt looks for openings that were added, removed, shifted, or widened.
Kitchen units, sanitary ware, radiators, fireplaces, and stairs stay in place.
INOLENS® Radar verifiesIt checks whether built-in fixtures were added, moved, or removed.
The draft does only what the plan allows and what the selected intervention level permits.
INOLENS® Radar verifiesIt compares the result with the plan and flags any change that goes beyond it.
Exceptions are defined by the intervention level. In a renovation, for example, the roofing or the kitchen units may be replaced; INOLENS® Radar then looks only for changes beyond the selected level. Intervention levels
Intervention levels
Using AI visualization does not have to mean an extreme transformation. Sometimes smaller interventions are useful too. The extent of the intervention can be specified directly in the brief, or the system chooses it automatically based on the actual condition of the property. Information about the extent of AI edits is part of the visualization's label.
Preparation and furnishing
Clutter and personal belongings disappear.
Furniture is added or replaced.
An unfinished building gets finished surfaces and landscaped surroundings.
Renovation
New paint, wallpaper, or wall tiling.
Floors, kitchen units, roofing, a terrace, or a pergola.
For a visibly dilapidated condition: repaired surfaces, new roofing, and taller windows in their original position.
The same level name appears next to the label on the visualization and in the Original ID record. A visualization shows a possible future state and does not confirm that it can be built. Visualization and feasibility
Signature on the visualization
The INOLENS® Standard label gives the rules that were followed a recognizable form. For the broker it is a mark of an open approach, and for the buyer a clear point of reference when browsing a listing.

Right at the label, it names the depth of the transformation from Tidying up to Full renovation and optionally shows a thumbnail of the original shot.
